Terms of Service for EACZ-Registered Estate Agents and Agencies

This Agent Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Sparkline Labs (Pvt) Limited ("propertyzone," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the estate agent or agency ("Agent," "you," or "your"), governing your use of the propertyzone platform for listing and marketing properties.
By registering as an Agent on propertyzone, submitting property listings, or using any Agent services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and EACZ Compliance Statement.

This Agreement contains important provisions regarding fees, liability limitations, indemnification obligations, EACZ compliance requirements, and dispute resolution through arbitration. If you do not agree with any term in this Agreement, you must not use the Platform.
BY REGISTERING AS AN AGENT ON PROPERTYZONE, SUBMITTING LISTINGS, OR USING AGENT SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGENT AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY.
You further acknowledge that you meet all eligibility requirements, hold valid EACZ registration, and will conduct your business in accordance with EACZ regulations, Zimbabwean law, and Platform policies.

Maintain valid EACZ registration and practicing certificates at all times
Only list properties for which you have valid, written mandates
Ensure all listings contain accurate, truthful information
Respond to inquiries within 48 hours during business days
Maintain professional conduct in all Platform interactions
Keep subscription fees current to avoid service interruption
