Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and propertyzone (Private) Limited ("propertyzone," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the propertyzone website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of Zimbabwe. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
Important Notice
These Terms contain provisions that limit our liability, require arbitration of disputes, and include an assumption of risk by you. Please read them carefully.

BY ACCESSING OR USING PROPERTYZONE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT USE THE PLATFORM.

We do not currently verify property listings, ownership, or mandates.
We verify all agents and agencies are registered with EACZ.
